पॉप-up ad Menace

Whenever I open rediff.com to have a look of day’s mail I have to undergo the pop up trial. It has become an eyesore and I hurry to close it down. Blinking rate is so high that one can hardly read the content. Google ads are rather gentle and less offending.

Some of the ads are such a devils that clicking of the close button even enlarges them.

I feel same type of distraction when news watch TV become ad watch. Most interesting points of cricket match are consigned to unwelcome commercials.

Companies should think that it is not the presence of the ad but appeal to the viewer which will count.
